Here’s how good your morning will taste: breakfast in the Hotel Leitgam

7:30 to 10:00 a.m.

Alpine butter, spreads, farmhouse bread, croissants, eggs, cream cheese, fresh fruit, fruit juices, vegetable sticks, local cheese, honey, hummus, yoghurt, jam, grains, salmon, cereals, nuts, fruit salad, pancakes, porridge, quark, smoked salmon, South Tyrolean bacon, ham, smoothies, tea, whole-grain bread, waffles, sausage, cereals… Your start to the day is a good one! Our breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. Begin your morning your way and gather energy for a day in the mountains of the Val Pusteria. And when the weather’s fine, we’ll happily set up your breakfast table outdoors. In the past, the Pusteria farmers would grab something quick to eat before dashing back to the fields but nowadays, our guests can take their own sweet time on the sun terrace or in the lounge. The hearty classics are still here, though. After all, what’s a traditional “Marende” without South Tyrolean bacon. And let’s not forget grandmother’s legendary cake recipe. For those who prefer something a little lighter, there’s a tasty selection of healthy snacks.
